Alhamdulillah — Allah ﷻ has answered our dua! 
May 5, 2025 marked a historic moment: Ojalá Foundation has officially acquired the property that will serve as the home of the very first Latino-led mosque in Chicago  located at 1900 Oak Park Ave, Berwyn IL. 
We are humbled and incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support we’ve received. What was once a distant dream — a dua whispered with Insha’Allah or Ojalá — has become our reality.
For years, we carried the hope of a space to call our own. A space to belong. To plant roots. To grow. This is more than just a building — it’s a space for community, belonging, and generations to come.
This moment has been an emotional milestone — one marked by many tears of gratitude.
By the mercy of Allah, and through your duas, and generosity, that long-held dua has been answered. Now, we carry a beautiful Amana, as we move forward, we ask for your continued duas — that we fulfill this trust with dignity, integrity, compassion, and sincerity. May our work be accepted, impactful, and a source of benefit for the Ummah.
